I am making this submission on a voluntary, non-confidential, no obligation basis.
I warrant that to the best of my knowledge I am the owner of the idea contained in the submission, it is an accurate and original submission, and it does not violate any rights of any third party, including any proprietary, publicity or privacy rights.
I have not sought and will not seek patent protection for the idea contained in the submission.
I hereby grant to Cargill a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid up, royalty-free license to use any ideas or copy, reproduce, distribute, perform, display or prepare derivative works of any expression of the ideas contained in the submission. I acknowledge the good and valuable consideration I received for entering into this agreement, including the opportunity to participate in this Idea Submission Program.
I understand that any personal data (such as contact information) that I may supply will be processed in the United States and may be used, stored or transferred as determined by Cargill Salt in its discretion.
