Submit Ideas!

Thank you for your interest in Cargill Salt.  In our continuing efforts to listen to and understand our customer’s needs, we would like to encourage you to share your ideas with us.

• What are the major salt related issues that you encounter on a daily basis that may prevent your organization from achieving your expected levels of service?
  
• What new products or services can we provide that will help meet your customer needs?
• What new products or services can you provide as our supplier that will help meet our customer needs?

To submit your idea, fill out the Idea Submission Form as completely as you can. As much information as you can provide ensures we understand your idea and can give it a comprehensive review. Please note that all information you provide is on a non-confidential basis.

Once you have successfully submitted your idea, you will be redirected to our Thank You page. The Cargill Salt Customer Innovation Team will then review your idea submission. This process may take several months, depending on the complexity of your idea. After the review period, we will make every effort to contact you and let you know the status of your idea. Cargill is not obligated to reveal the details of its evaluation.
