Intended for a variety of end-use applications. It is particularly well suited as an ingredient with liquids. Manufactured in three different varieties: untreated – contains no anticaking or free-flowing additives or conditioners; treated – with YPS (Yellow Prussiate of Soda ) or TCP (tricalcium phosphate) anticaking agents (TCP is water insoluble, and is therefore not recommended for brining).
