Cargill Premier™ Fine Prepared Flour Salt

Intended for a variety of end-use applications. Food uses include flavoring and fermentation control in self-rising flour, flavoring in seasoning and spice mixes and in soup and gravy mixes. Contains YPS (Yellow Prussiate of Soda) and TCP (Tricalcium Phosphate) as anticaking agents. Tricalcium phosphate is water insoluble, and is therefore not recommended for brining.
